三氧消毒灭菌机用于连台手术间隙空气消毒效果观察

针对连台手术过程中手术室空气污染问题，在连台手术间隙采用三氧消毒灭菌机对室内空气消毒30min，然后进行空气细菌培养，结果：第1台，第2台术毕空气经消毒后，空气中平均细菌清除率分别为87．18％和84．13％，且达到卫生学标准。说明连台手术间隙，采用三氧消毒机短时消毒，能有效地降低空气中细菌含量，这为病人提供安全的手术环境和预防术后感染具有十分重要的意义。

Effect on Air Disinfection of Operating Room Using Trioxide Disinfector During the Interval of Two Continuous Operations

To counter the problem of air contamination in operating room during two continuous operations, trioxide disinfector was used to disinfect the room air during the interval, and room air bacterial culture were performed afterwards. Results:right after the first and the second operation air disinfection was performed.The average bacterial clearance rate of the room air were 87.18% and 84.13% respectively,which reached the hygienic standard. Suggested that during the interval of two continuous operations, using trioxide disinfector to disinfect air in short period can lower air bacteria content effectively. It is very important to provide a safe operating environment and to prevent the post-surgical infection.
