人精浆的补体抑制活性与抗精子免疫不育的关系

摘    要:用免疫溶血试验测定178例正常精浆及104例抗精子抗体阳性精浆的补体抑制水平,结果发现所有标本都具有补体抑制活性。抗精子抗体阳性不育组和流产组精浆对补体的抑制作用明显低于正常对照组和抗精子抗体阳性生育组(P<0.01)。提示,精浆补体抑制活性的降低可能是免疫不育症及自然流产的相关因素之一。

Abstract:Abstract: The anticomplementary effects inherent in human seminal plasma(HSP)can be measured by a sensitive immune haemolytic assay. We have detected the anticomplementary activity in 178 normal seminal plasma(SP) and 104 abnormal SP with positive anti - sperm antibody (AsAb). It was found that all samples possess complement - inhibition activity. Comparative studies between each group indicated that the anticomplementary activity in SP of sterility and abortion with positive AsAb was significantly lower than that in normal SP and SP of bom with positive AsAb. These results suggest that the lower anticomplementary activity might be one of the mechanism responsible for the immune sterility in male and natural abortion.
