草木犀流浸液片剂减轻肛门直肠术后水肿疼痛出血的临床研究

目的研究草木犀流浸液片剂(消脱止-M)用于肛门直肠手术后减轻水肿、疼痛和出血的疗效。方法采用多中心、开放、随机对照试验,治疗组、对照组各70例,治疗组术前1d开始服用消脱止-M,3片/次,3次/d,连续7d,对照组手术方式与治疗组相同,不口服消脱止-M及其他止痛、消炎药物。观察两组术后48h、72h和术后6d创面出血、水肿和疼痛情况,并予评分量化比较。结果治疗组术后48h、72h和6d的疼痛、水肿和出血积分均明显低于对照组(P<0.01);随服药时间延长,治疗组较对照组积分下降率明显增加;治疗组较对照组提前3d显著缓解水肿、疼痛、渗血等症状;全组病例服药期间无不良反应。结论消脱止-M能减轻肛门直肠术后水肿、疼痛和出血症状,且安全有效。

Clinical research of melilotus extract to reduce postoperative edema,pain and bleeding of anal rectum diseases

Objective To study the efficacy of melilotus extract tablet to decrease postoperative pain, edema and bleeding of benign anorectal diseases. Methods A multi center, open, and randomized controlled trial was performed. Seventy cases with benign anorectal diseases received melilotus extract for 7 days from one day before operation, and other 70 cases were used as control. The symptoms including bleeding, edema and pain were scored and compared between two groups. Results The symptomatic scores of metilotus extract tablet group were lower than those of the control group at 48, 72 h, and on the 6 th day after operation. The longer melilotus extract tablet was used, the higher the ratio of decreased scores of melilotus extract tablet group to the control group was. Postoperative pain, edema, and bleeding were relieved 3 days earlier in melilotus extract group than those in the control group. Conclusion Melilotus extract tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of postoperative pain, edema, and bleeding of benign anorectal diseases.
