不同年龄段儿童呼吸道感染肺炎支原体IgM与DNA的相关性研究

目的研究不同年龄段儿童呼吸道感染肺炎支原体IgM与DNA的相关性。方法采用ELISA法检测320例患儿就诊当日和7d后血清标本，用分子信标实时荧光PCR检测患儿咽拭子标本，根据不同年龄段进行对比分析。结果320例患儿MP-DNA阳性率为40％，就诊当日标本MP—IgM阳性率11％，7d后标本阳性率为30％；就诊当日和7d后血清学结果与PCR结果差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；7d后血清学结果以1～3岁患儿阳性率最高（42％），与其他组比差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论不同年龄段的儿童由于免疫系统发育处于不同阶段，对肺炎支原体的免疫应答可能存在差异。

Screening IgM and DNA for Mycoplasma pneumoniae in Children with Respiratory Infection

OBJECTIVE To investigate the difference of IgM and DNA for Mycoplasma pneumoniae in respiratory infected children with different age.METHODS Serum samples were tested with ELISA for IgM and molecular beacon based real-time PCR was used to test M.pneumoniae DNA.RESULTS M.pneumoniae DNA was detected in 40% of the patients and the IgM was positive in 11% at the day of sampling and 30% after 7 days,respectively.The difference was of significance(P< 0.01).The positive rate of serum IgM was significantly higher in one to three years old children than in other groups(P< 0.05).CONCLUSIONS Immune response to M.pneumoniae may be age-related in children with respiratory infection.
