| 摘 要： | 采用部分脱蛋白猪骨与自体红骨髓形成复合异种骨,将该骨植入下颌骨骨缺损区,临床应用11例,未发现免疫排斥反应。实践证明,它是一种理想的支架性骨移植材料,可以代管自体骨和异体骨移植。

| Abstract: | The partly deproteinized porcine thigh bones were comined with the autogenous marrow of the patients. These combined xenogenous bones were used to repair the mandibular defect of 11 patients. No immunoreaction was found in five months after the transplantation. It was indicated that the combined xenogenous bone was an ideal support material and could substitute the autogenous bone and allogenic bone for the bone transplantation. |
