| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠生长激素(GH)的变化.方法选择雌性SD大鼠60只,用60%酒精、20mmol/L去氧胆酸钠、0.1%氨水建立慢性萎缩性胃炎模型,27周和40周后分别处死大鼠,测定血清GH.结果慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠GH水平低下,与对照组比较差别有显著性意义.结论慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠存在着GH水平低下.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the alteration of growth hormone(GH) on Chronic Atrophic Gastritis(CAG) in rats. Methods 60 Sprague-Dawley(SD) female rats were selected , the rat model of CAG was established by 60 percent alcohol?0.829 percent deoxycholic acid sodium?0.1 percent ammonia for 27 weeks. The level of GH was tested at 27weeks and 40 weeks respectively. Results The level of GH was lower in rats than that in normal group. Conclusion The occurring of atrophy of stomach mucosa was in accordance with lower expression of GH. |
