摘    要:目的:应用贝叶斯网络学习算法预测中药有效组分的五味。方法:基于现代药理实验数据构建中药五味的贝叶斯网络模型,获取贝叶斯网络拓扑图和条件概率表。结果:所建模型稳定可靠,可用于预测中药或中药有效组分的五味。结论:贝叶斯网络可用于中药或中药组分五味的预测,为中药药性研究提供一种新的研究方法,对组分药性及组分配伍研究具有重要意义。

Abstract:This is a paper to measure the five flavors of Chinese medicinal components using the Bayesian belief network (BBN).Authors established Bayesian five-flavor network models based on experimental pharmacologic data.The structures and conditional probability tables of BBN were obtained.It is found that the models are reliable and stable, desirable for measuring the five flavors of Chinese medicinal components.It is concluded that the Bayesian belief network can be used to measure the five flavors of Chinese me...
