| 摘 要： | 随着人类疾病谱的变化,复方药物日益得到包括国际主流医药界的重视和认可.中医药以其在慢性复杂多因素性疾病的治疗方面具有的显著优势备受关注.以确有疗效的中医方剂和名优中成药为源头,研究开发成为中医药特色明显、配伍科学合理、药效成分基本清楚、机理基本明确、安全有效、质量可控的复方中药创新药,有望国际主流医药市场的认可,并在未来创新药物国际竞争中占据有利地位.本文根据中医药的特点提出了中药复方新药创制的技术路线,对其技术支撑体系的建设提出了有关建议和方案,并对中药复方新药创制的发展趋势和方向进行了展望.
