| 摘 要： | 本文从研究目的、本草考证、分布范围、生态环境和生物学特征等方面总结了近年来黄芩在种质资源方面的研究情况。我国黄芩种质资源丰富,但不同品种(种质)遗传多样性和亲缘关系的研究较少,利用分子生物学方法研究黄芩种质资源及其相互关系,对药用黄芩的引种栽培、资源保护和选种育种具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | This article sums up recent studies in China on the germplasm resources of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi from the aspects of research objectives, distribution area, ecological environment and biological characteristics of this plant as well as the textual research of its materia medica. There exist abundant resources of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi in this country, but it is short to have studies on the genetic diversity and relationship of its different varieties (germplasms). There is great significance in the introduction and cultivation, resource protection and breeding of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi if methods of molecular biology can be used to study its germplasm resources and their interrelationship. |
