摘    要:目的:研究秦艽抗甲型流感病毒的药理作用。方法:复制甲型流感病毒感染小鼠肺部感染性疾病动物模型,以利巴韦林为阳性对照,观察秦艽对甲型流感病毒感染小鼠的保护作用。结果:秦艽提取物可明显延长甲型流感病毒感染小鼠存活天数和存活率;对甲型流感病毒感染小鼠肺指数、肺组织形态学都有保护作用,与模型组比较具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:秦艽具有较好的抗甲型流感病毒感染的作用,值得开发利用。

Abstract:Authors investigated the pharmacological effects of gentiana against influenza A virus. In the study, the pneumonia mice were infected with influenza A virus.Authors observed that gentiana protected the mice infected with influenza A virus, using ribavirin as a positive reference drug. It is found that gentiana extracts has obviously prolonged both survival days and survival rate of the mice infected with influenza A virus, and it protected their lung index and lung morphology as well. There is a significant difference compared with the model group. It is concluded that Gentiana has a better effect on mice infected with influenza A virus, and it is worth further study.
