《内经》中“阴虚”内涵探析

鉴于目前针对不同版本的《中医基础理论》教材中"阴虚"的内涵不完全一致的问题,为明确"阴虚"的内涵与外延,对中医理论的奠基之作《黄帝内经》中"阴虚"概念进行了整理研究。研究发现,"阴虚"一词在《内经》中共出现11处,其涵义有5种,分别为中土受伤,形气衰少;尺脉不足;五脏精亏;肾虚;阴经气虚。本文就正确理解"阴虚"内涵与外延,界定"阴虚"概念,为中医理论的正确运用和继承发展进行了深入探析,具有重要的意义。

Connotation Analysis:"Yin Deficiency" in "Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine"

Different versions of the textbook "basic theories of Chinese medicine" present a differed connotation of "yin deficiency". To equip "yin deficiency" with a clearly defined connotation and extension, we studied the "yin deficiency" depicted in "Yellow Emperor's Classic of Internal Medicine", an origin of TCM theory. Research results show that there are 11 "yin deficiency" in the Canon, with five connotations meaning an impaired spleen or stomach, deficiency in form or qi, a weak chi pulse, loss of essence in five zang-organs, a kidney deficiency, and a qi deficiency in yin channels. It is important to understand the connotation and extension of "yin deficiency", with a well defined "yin deficiency ", so as to apply TCM theory correctly.
