摘    要:目的:研制一种新型中医取脉装置,该仪器探头由B型超声仪与压力传感器耦合,仪器还包括光电容积传感器、心电传感器,采集的多维信号经计算机数据处理后,得到复合的含有脉象的信息,以利于脉诊客观化。方法:对该装置采集的桡动脉运动变化数据,进行影像学分析。结果:应用仪器探测正常寸口桡动脉的声像图,测量其远桡骨小头处与皮肤之间的距离、内径、血管运动的变化, 与彩色多普勒成像结果进行比较,可靠性强。不同时段图象分析,其稳定性好。结论:新型中医取脉装置,操作简便,提供更丰富的信息量,可靠性及稳定性好,可以实时直观观察寸口桡动脉运动情况。

Abstract:Objective To study and make a new device to be used for the acquisition of pulse message in traditional Chinese medicine, whose feeler is coupled with an ultrasonic apparatus and a pressure sensor, including photeletric volume sensors and eletrocardio-sensors and to acquire pulse condition after processing collected multi-divisional signals by computer in order to facilitate objective diagnosis. Method to conduct iconographic analysis of the data of the movement of radial artery collected by the davice. Result It is proved that the reliability of the device is quite high by applying instruments to detect the ultrasonogram of normal Cunkou radial artery, measuring the distance between apro-capitulum radius and akin and testing the change of inradium and vasomotion, and then to compare it with its Doppler image and that its stability is satisfactory via image analysis in different time intervals. Conclusion This new device for the acquisition of pulse message in TCM is simple in operation, able to supply a plenty of messages and its reliability and stability are appreciable ,by which the movement of cunkou radial artery can be viewed by the way of direct and real-time observation.
