| 摘 要： | 从文献研究和临床流行病学调查两方面归纳艾滋病证型分布，并且对证候与临床特征（如CD4+T细胞数量及活化指标）的关系进行总结，指出艾滋病证候的研究应从改进方法学，开展标准化研究入手，同比，重视免疫损伤在病证结合研究中的作用，重视疾病分期及多环节筛选证候相关指标。

| Abstract: | The AIDS syndrome distribution was studied in terms of literature and clinical epidemiology, and a relationship was established between the AIDS syndrome and the clinical features, e.g., the CD4+T cell amount and the activation indexes. Some proposals were made for the AIDS syndrome research in Chinese medicine, that is to improve the methodology, carry out standardized research, and consider the immune injury in the AIDS progression. It may also be critical to judge the disease stage and screen syndrome-relative indicators from multiple aspects. |
