摘    要:目的:测定蔓荆子及其不同程度炒制品中总黄酮的含量。方法: 以芦丁为对照品,采用紫外分光光度法,在500nm处测定吸收度,从而测定蔓荆子各样品中的总黄酮含量。结果:蔓荆子生品、微炒品、炒焦品、炒炭品、炒过炭的总黄酮含量分别为5.68‰、5.85‰、7.89‰、8.02‰、0.31‰。结论:随着蔓荆子炒制程度的加重,总黄酮相对含量呈现先上升后下降的变化,炒制太过总黄酮基本损失殆尽。

Abstract:Objective To determine the total flavone content in different kinds of parched medicinal materials of Vitex trifolia L. Method To apply ultraviolet spectrophotometry and take rutin for control sample to test the absorption rate of flavone of various samples of vitex trifolia L. at 510nm so as to determine their respective total flavone content. Result The total flavone contents of the raw material, slightly parched material, scorchedly parched material, charredly parched material and over-charredly parched material of Vitex trifolia L. are 5.65%, 5.81%, 7.88%, 9.36% and 0.31% respectively. Conclusion With the increasing degree of parching the total flavone content of Vitex trifolia L. goes up first and decreases later and even nearly lose all its flavone because of being overparched.
