产房风险管理的实施成效分析

目的：探讨风险管理在产房护理管理中的应用效果。方法：回顾性分析过去5年产房发生的36例护理缺陷的原因,提出相应的加强产房护理安全管理的对策,实施风险管理。结果：实施风险管理后护理质量达标率100%;患者满意度由2005年12月的89.3%上升至2007年12月的98.4%;难产率下降;分娩人数稳步增长。结论：产房风险管理能提高助产士风险意识,自觉地防范护理缺陷的发生,使产房工作质量得以保证。

Study on application effect of risk management in delivery room

Objective:Discussion on the application effect of risk management in the nursing management in delivery room.Methods:The review analysis the reason of nursing defect with 36 examples in delivery room during 5 years,proposed corresponding measures with strengthens the safety management of nursing in delivery room,the risk management was implemened.Results:After the risk management was implementated ,the success rate of nursing quality was 100%;the rate of satisfaction of patients by 89.3% rises to 98.4% from December,2005 to December,2007,the rate of dystocia dropped,the cases of normal labor grew steadily.Conclusion:The risk management in delivery room can raise the midwife's risk consciousness,make them to prevent nursing defect on their own initiative,it can enable the nursing quality in delivery room to guarantee.
