银杏细胞培养物多糖和银杏叶多糖生物活性的研究

摘    要:对银杏细胞培养物胞内多糖(ICP)和胞外多糖(ECP)以及银杏叶多糖(LGP)进行药理活性测试。方法:采用常压密闭、低压密闭、断头及结扎双侧颈总动脉(带迷走神经)等方法,观察ICP和IGP对缺氧小鼠的影响;采用巴豆油致耳肿胀和醋酸致毛细血管通透性增加等方法,观察ECP和LGP对致炎小鼠的影响。结果:ICP与LGP可显著延长缺氧小鼠的存活时间;ECP与LGP可显著抑制致炎剂引起的小鼠耳肿胀和毛细血管通透性增加。结论:ICP和LGP对缺氧小鼠具有保护作用,ECP和LGP对致炎小鼠具有抗炎作用。

Abstract:Purpose: The aim was to study the pharmacological effects of ICP, ECP and LGP. Methods: Anoxia was induced by close normobaric and decompression hypoxia, beheadness and ligating bilateral carotid arteries with vagus nerves in mice. The ear edema was evoked by croton oil and the increased vascular permeability was produced by acetic acid. Reuslts: ICP and LGP remarkably prolonged the survival time of mice in anoxia. ECP and LGP markedly inhibited the ear edema caused by croton oil and the increased vascular permeability induced by acetic acid in mice. Conclusion: ICP and LGP have the protective effects on anoxia in mice. ECP and LGP have the inhibitory effects on inflammation in mice.
