安络化纤丸对急慢性肝损伤的保护作用

摘    要:试验证明,安络化纤丸对四氯化碳(CCl_4)、D-胺基半乳糖(D-Gal)引起的小鼠和大鼠急性肝损伤有明显的保护作用,能够降低血清转氨酶,减少肝细胞的变性、坏死;对CCl_4诱发的实验性肝硬化(肝纤维化)动物模型,能够降低血清转氨酶,升高总蛋白、白蛋白及A/G比值,降低血清唾液酸和肝组织羟脯氨酸水平,对肝细胞变性、坏死、纤维化形成乃至肝硬化均有明显的治疗作用。

Abstract:Anluohuaxian Capsule had a remarkable protective effects against the actue and chronic liver damage induced by CCl4 and D-galactosamine. Anluohuaxian Capsule inhibited the increase of serum aminotransferase (SGOT, SGPT). Histological lesion of liver were less severe than those of hepatic injure control. Anluohuaxian Capsule, moreover, increased the content of serum total protein (TP), albumin (ALB), and A/G ratio also in experimental liver fibrosis model induced by CCl4. Anluohuaxian Caspule still decreased serum salivary acid level and liver hydroxy-proline (Hyp) level whose content was important index of measuring liver fibrosis. It suggested that Anluohuaxian Capsule protect liver against damage induced by CCl4 and D-Gal.
