胎盘免疫调节肽联合化疗药物抗肿瘤作用的研究

摘    要:探讨胎盘免疫调节肽(PIP)联合化疗药物对肿瘤细胞的影响。方法:PIP联合化疗药物一方面在体外与S_(180)和K562细胞接触;另一方面作用于接种S_(180)和FC瘤细胞的小鼠,同时观察对肿瘤细胞增殖的影响及小鼠肿瘤重量和转移结节数。结果:PIP与化疗药物联合作用明显抑制S_(180)和K562细胞的增殖。体内实验结果显示;环磷酰胺单独使用的抑瘤率和转移率为23.7%和20%,与PIP联合作用为58%和6,7%。结论:PIP与化疗药物有明显的协同作用,对肿瘤细胞有明显抑制效应。

Abstract:Purpose: The aim was to study the synergistic effects of the placental immunoregulation plypeptide (PIP) and chemotherapeutic drugs on growth of tumor cell. Methods: The combination of PIP and chemotherapeutic drugs affects S_(180) and K562 cell is vitro and the proliferation of S_(180) and K562 cell was observed. Meantimes, The effets on the tumor bearing mices, the weight of the tumor and the tubercles of the metastasis were observed. Results: The combination of PIP and chemotherapeutic drugs could inhibit obviously the proliferation of PIP of S_(180) and K562 cell in vitor.In the, it was also observed that when cyclophosphamide (CY) was used alone, the inhibitory rate and metastasis rate were 23. 7 % and 20% respectively. When the combination of PIP and CY was used, the inhibitory rate and metastasis rate were 58% and 6. 7% respectively. Conclusion: PIP shows obviously the synergistic effect and inhibiting effect on tumor cells when combined with chemotherapeutic drugs.
