摘    要:探索声振制备空气白蛋白微球的化学原理。方法:用化学发光监测声振白蛋白溶液时产生氧自由基的过程,并用飞行时间质谱分析声振前后白蛋向分子的变化。结果:声振白蛋白溶液产生大量氧自由基;化学发光值与微球数量呈正相关性;声振使白蛋白分子产生电荷改变。结论:声振产生氧自由基使白蛋白分子的空间结构发生逆性的变化。

Abstract:Purpose The aim was to study the chemical mechanism of air-filled albumin microspheres prepared by sonication. Methods: Chemilluminescence was used to measure oxyen free radicals induced by sonication on the albumin solution, laser time-flight mass spectrum was used to analyze the changes of albumin molecule sonicated. Resutls; The acoustic sonication in water generated large of oxygen free radicals, which was in positive relation with the concentration of air - filled albumin microspheres. Laser time-flight mass spectra showed that sonication caused albumin molecule to carry more positive electrical charges. Conclusion: The acoustic sonication only caused reversible changes in spatial structure of albumin molecule.
