通过眶上裂路径颅眶内外沟通性脑膜瘤的显微手术治疗

摘    要:目的探讨通过眶上裂路径沟通颅眶的颅底脑膜瘤的生长方式、肿瘤特点、手术方式及术中处理要点,研究通过眶上裂路径沟通颅眶的颅底脑膜瘤的显微手术效果。方法总结采用眶-翼点人路显微手术治疗60例通过眶上裂沟通颅眶的颅底脑膜瘤的临床资料,对该类肿瘤的特殊性及手术方式要点进行详细论述。结果临床显微手术治疗颅底脑膜瘤60例,全切56例,次全切3例,大部切除1例,肿瘤全切率为93.3%。结论对于该类颅眶沟通性脑膜瘤行眶-翼点入路显微手术是较好的手术方式,效果满意。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of microsurgery via superior orbital fissure on skull base meningioma communicating the orbit and cranial cavities. Methods The clinical data of 60 patients with cranio-orbital communicating skull base meningioma who underwent microsurgieal operations by orbito-peronal approach were analyzed. Results Total tumor resection was achieved in 56 of the 60 patients (93.3%), subtotal resection was performed in 3 patients, and only 1 case obtained partial resection. "Conclusion Microsurgieal resection by orbito-peronal approach is a favorable treatment for eranio-orbital communicating skull base meningioma.
