罗哌卡因肋间局部浸润麻醉肋骨骨折内固定术效果观察

摘    要:目的探讨罗哌卡因肋间神经根局部浸润麻醉下行肋骨骨折切开内固定术的效果。方法观察51例罗哌卡因肋间神经根局部浸润麻醉下行肋骨骨折切开内固定治疗术中、术后镇痛效果。结果 51例手术均顺利完成,肋骨固定满意,有12例患者术中疼痛稍明显,无剧烈疼痛者。术后有4例患者术区疼痛给予杜冷丁肌注镇痛,有8例给予口服镇痛药。术后呼吸频率明显下降,SpO2明显上升,疼痛明显减轻,咳痰改善。结论罗哌卡因肋间神经根局部浸润麻醉下行肋骨骨折切开内固定手术治疗简单、可行且疗效好。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the efficacy of intercostal nerve root infiltration anesthesia with Ropivacaine in internal fixation of rib fractures.Methods The analgesic effects of 51 cases which received internal fixation of rib fractures by intercostal nerve root infiltration anesthesia with Ropivacaine were observed intraoperatively and postoperatively.Results The operations of all 51 cases were successful and satisfactory.No severe pain was felt intraoperatively with only slight pain being sensed in 12 cases.Dolantin was injected intramuscularly in 4 cases and oral analgesics was administrated in 8 cases to ease pain postoperatively.After operation,respiratory rate decreased,oxygen saturation raised,the pain eased and expectoration reduced significantly.Conclusion It is simple,feasible and effective to perform internal fixation of rib fractures by intercostal nerve root infiltration anesthesia with Ropivacaine.
