摘    要:目的分析磁共振血管成像(MRA)和数字减影血管造影(DSA)影像表现与临床特点之间的关系,探讨对烟雾病(MMD)的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析30例烟雾病MRA和DSA表现,分析其临床和影像学特征。结果 MRA与DSA均发现颈内动脉、大脑前、中、后动脉狭窄或闭塞性病变;DSA对双侧病变检出率较MRA高,还可检测出基底动脉狭窄、椎动脉闭塞及动脉瘤,临床表现与MRA及DSA检测结果有不一致性。结论 MRA是烟雾病筛选诊断、随访的重要方法;临床表现与MRA不一致及疑似病例应及早进行DSA检查。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the relationship between magnetic resonance angiogram(MRA) and digital substraction angiography(DSA) of moyamoya diseases and their clinical characteristics.Methods The performances,clinical and radiographic features of MRA and DSA in 30 cases of moyamoya were retrospectively analyzed.Results Internal carotid artery and cerebral artery stenosis or occlusive lesion at anterior,media,posterior sides were found by DSA and MRA.DSA had higher detection rate in detecting bilateral lesions than MRA,basal artery stenosis,vertebral artery occlusion and aneurysms can be detected by DSA.Inconsistencies were found between clinical manifestations and MRA and DSA results.Conclusion With the advantage of non-invasiveness,MRA is the top priority for screening and diagnosing moyamoya disease.DSA should be conducted as soon as possible for the suspected cases or if inconsistencies were found between clinical manifestations and MRA results.
