罗哌卡因联合利多卡因低位硬膜外麻醉用于前列腺术后镇痛的观察

目的观察罗哌卡因联合利多卡因用于经尿道前列腺电切术低位硬膜外麻醉术后镇痛的效果。方法 40例经尿道前列腺电切术患者随机分为两组,对照组镇痛剂为利多卡因,治疗组镇痛剂为罗哌卡因和利多卡因联合配方。结果治疗组在麻醉后2、4、24 h的疼痛评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;治疗组在麻醉后4 h的镇静评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论罗哌卡因加利多卡因经低位硬膜外给药用于经尿道前列腺电切术术后镇痛可以获得比较好的镇痛效果,具有一定的优点,值得推广应用。

Observation between Ropivacaine and Lidocaine in lower epidural anesthesia of transurethral prostatectomy

Objective To observe the effect of Ropivacaine and Lidocaine used in lower epidural anesthesia of transurethral prostatectomy.Methods Totally 40 patients treated with transurethral prostatectomy were divided into treatment group and control group.The patients in control group were treated by Lidocaine while those in treatment group were treated by Ropivacaine combined with Lidocaine.ResultsLower pain scores at 2,4 and 24 hours after anesthesia were observed in treatment group with differences of statistical significances（P〈0.05）.Besides,treatment group had lower sedation scores than control group at 4 hours after anesthesia with differences of statistical significances（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Ropivacaine combined with Lidocaine used in lower epidural anesthesia for sedation after transurethral prostatectomy is effective and is worth spreading.
