米索前列醇不同给药途径在人工流产术中临床效果研究

目的：探究米索前列醇不同给药途径在人工流产术中临床效果研究。方法：选取2013年4月-2014年1月本院妇产科门诊行人工流产术的248例患者，对其采用四种米索前列醇给药途径的临床资料进行回顾性分析，观察对比四组的临床疗效。结果：与其他三组比较，联合组丙泊酚用量最少，宫颈扩张度最好，手术时间及术中出血量最少，且药物不良反应发生率最低，上述指标比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：舌下含服、阴道塞米索前列醇给药用于人工流产术，扩宫效果好，降低术后并发症，是一种简便、安全、有效的用药方法，值得临床应用和推广。

Clinical Effect of Different Routes of Administration of Misoprostol in Abortion

Objective： To study the effect of exploring different routes of administration of misoprostol in abortion clinic. Method： The clinical data of 248 patients undergoing routine misoprostol abortion used four routes of administration were retrospectively analyzed from April 2013 to January 2014 in our hospital, and the clinical efficacy were observed and compared. Result： Compared with the other three groups, propofol at least, the best of cervical dilation, operative time and blood loss was minimal, and the lowest incidence of adverse drug reactions in the combination group, the differences were statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The combined sublingual misoprostol vaginal administration inducefl abortion, good dilatation effect, reduce postoperative complications, is a simple, safe and effective treatment methods, worthy of clinical application and promotion.
