精子DNA完整性对夫精人工授精妊娠结局的影响研究

目的：研究精子DNA完整性对夫精人工授精妊娠结局的影响。方法：选取2011年1月-2013年1月在本院收治的111例男性不育症患者作为研究对象，根据精子DNA完整性将其分为A组（精子DNA完整性＜30%）34例、B组（30%＜精子DNA完整性＜60%）42例以及C组（精子DNA完整性≥60%）35例，观察三精子质量及人工授精后的妊娠结局。结果：B、C组的临床妊娠率、精子总数、前向运动精子率均明显高于A组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。虽然C组的生化妊娠率、临床妊娠率、精子总数、前向运动精子率高于B组，但仅精子总数、前向运动精子率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。三组患者的临床妊娠率以及精子数目、前向运动精子率均为A组＜B组＜C组。结论：精子DNA完整性与人工授精妊娠结局密切相关，DNA完整性越好，精子质量越好，妊娠率越高。

Effects of Sperm DNA Integrity on Pregnancy Outcome for AIH

Objective：To study the effects of sperm DNA integrity on pregnancy outcome for AIH.Method：111 patients with male infertility were selected as research objects in our hospital from January 2011 to January 2013,according to the sperm DNA integrity patients were divided into the group A（sperm DNA integrity〈30%）for 34 cases,the group B （30%〈sperm DNA integrity〈60%）for 42 cases and the group C（sperm DNA integrity≥60%）for 35 cases,sperm quality and pregnancy outcome of the three groups were observed after artificial insemination.Result：Clinical pregnancy rate,the total number of sperm,the rate of forward movement of sperm in the group B and group C were significantly higher than those in the group A,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The rate of biochemical pregnancy,clinical pregnancy,the total number of sperm and the rate of forward movement of sperm in group C was higher than those in the group B,but there were statistically significant only about the total number of sperm and the rate of forward movement of sperm（P〈0.05）.The clinical pregnancy,the number of sperm,the rate of forward movement of sperm in the three groups was that：Group A〈Group B〈group C.Conclusion：The sperm DNA integrity is closely related to pregnancy outcomes after artificial insemination.DNA integrity is higher,the quality of sperm is better,the pregnancy rate is higher.
