颈动脉狭窄支架置入患者低血压诱发因素的分析及临床护理

目的：分析颈动脉狭窄支架置入患者低血压诱发因素，并总结护理方法。方法：回顾性分析本院2011年11月-2013年11月收治的70例颈动脉狭窄患者的临床资料，按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组各35例，其中对照组实施常规护理，观察组在常规护理的基础上实施全程针对性护理，比较两组的低血压发生率和低血压持续时间。结果：观察组的低血压发生率明显低于对照组，低血压持续时间＜30 min的比例明显高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：多种原因会诱发颈动脉狭窄支架置入低血压，做好对患者的全程针对性护理，可以有效地减少低血压的发生率，提高治疗效果。

Clinical Analysis and Nursing of Hypotension Induced Factors of Patients with Carotid Angioplasty and Stenting

Objective：To evaluate the hypotension induced factors of patients with carotid angioplasty and stenting, and summarize the nursing method.Method：The clinical data of 60 patients with carotid artery stenosis in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were retrospectively analyzed,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,35 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing care,the observation group was given the whole nursing on the basis of the routine nursing care,the incidence of hypotension and the duration of hypotension between the two groups were compared.Result：The incidence of hypotension in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group,the proportion of the duration of hypotension〈30 min was significantly higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Many reasons can induce hypotension in carotid angioplasty and stenting,and give all the patients the whole nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of hypotension,and improve the treatment effect.
