| 摘 要： | 目的：了解瘦素、肾上腺髓质素在子宫平滑肌肿瘤（UMST）中的表达及意义。方法：对30例良性子宫平滑肌瘤（uL）、30例富于性子宫平滑肌瘤（CL）及10例子宫平滑肌肉瘤（LMS）应用免疫组化法检测瘦素与肾上腺髓质素（ADM）的表达。结果：LMS组瘦素表达阳性率明显高于CL组和UL组（P〈0．05），且CL组表达阳性率高于UL组（P〈0．05）；LMS组ADM表达阳性率明显高于CL组和UL组（P〈0．05），且CL组表达阳性率高于UL组（P〈0．05）。结论：瘦素和ADM的表达可能在UMST的发生、发展中起重要作用。

| Abstract: | Objective： To understand the expression and significance of Leptin and ADM in human uterine smooth muscle （ USMTs ） . Method： Immunohistochemical technique was used to detect the expression of Leptin and ADM protein in 30 usual leiomyoma （ UL ）, 30 cellular leiomyoma （ CL ） and 10 leiomyosarcoma （ LMS ） . Result： The positive Leptin protein expression rate of LMS group was apparently higher than the CL group and UL group （ P〈0.05 ）, the positive Leptin protein expressin rate of the CL group was apparently higher than the UL group （ P〈0.05 ） . The positive ADM protein expression rate of LMS was apparently higher than the CL group and UL group （ P〈0.05 ）, the positive ADM protein expression rate of CL was apparently higher than the UL group （ P〈0.05 ） . Conclusion： The expression of Leptin or ADM protein may play an important role in the occurrence and development of human uterine smooth muscle tumors. |
