大蒜素联合维生素B2治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床疗效观察

目的：观察大蒜素胶囊联合联合维生素B2治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床效果。方法：选择2011年3月-2013年6月在本院就诊的复发性口腔溃疡患者98例，随机数字表法分成观察组与对照组各49例，观察组采用大蒜素胶囊联合维生素B2治疗，对照组单纯采用大蒜素胶囊治疗。分析两组患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群水平、疼痛评估、疗效观察结果的差异。结果：两组治疗前后T淋巴细胞亚群水平检测结果，自身比较CD3、CD4、CD8、D4/CD8，差异均有统计学。两组治疗后比较CD3、CD4、CD8、D4/CD8，差异亦有统计学意义。两组治疗前后疼痛均有改善，而治疗后观察组患者疼痛改善的状况比对照组好。治疗效果比较，观察组痊愈率为53.06%，有效率97.96%；对照组痊愈率20.41%，有效率79.59%，两组治疗效果差异有统计学意义。结论：大蒜素胶囊联合联合维生素B2治疗复发性口腔溃疡，通过大蒜素消炎、镇疼、提高免疫功能，以及维生素B2的协同作用，提高了复发性口腔溃疡的治疗效果。

Clinical Efficacy of Recurrent Oral Ulcers Treated by Allicin Combined with Vitamin B2

Objective：To observe clinical effects of recurrent oral ulcers（ROU）treated by allicin capsules combined with vitamin B2. Method：98 patients with recurrent oral ulcers from March 2011-June 2013 in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each contained 49 cases. The patients in the observation group were treated by allicin capsules combined with vitamin B2,allicin capsules therapy. In the control group . The T lymphocyte subsets level in peripheral blood,pain assessment,the efficacy result of differences were evaluated for patients in two groups. Result：T lymphocyte subsets in the test results,their comparison CD3,CD4,CD8,D4/CD8 were statistically significant in personal comparison before and after treatment. After treatment CD3,CD4,CD8,D4/CD8 in observation group was statistically significant compared with the control group. Pain in the two groups were improved before and after treatment,while improving pain patients in the observation group after treatment was better than the control group. The cure rate and efficiency were respectively 53.06%and 97.96%in the observed group,while the control group was 20.41%,79.59%. There was a significant differences between the two groups. Conclusion：The patients with recurrent oral ulcers treated by allicin capsules combined with vitamin B2 can increase efficiency through inflammatory the town of pain,improve immune function,by allicin,and vitamin B2 synergies.
