护理干预对老年糖耐量异常患者心血管危险因素的影响

目的：分析探讨护理干预对老年糖耐量异常患者心血管危险因素的影响。方法：选取本院收治的200例糖耐量异常老年患者作为研究对象，按照数字抽签法将其随机分为研究组与对照组，每组100例，研究组患者行系统的护理干预，对照组患者行常规护理，检测比较两组患者血压、血糖、血脂指标改善情况，并统计比较两组患者心血管危险事件发生情况，总结护理效果。结果：护理前，两组患者血压、血脂及血糖指标比较差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），护理后研究组患者血压、血糖及部分血脂指标改善或控制效果明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组患者合并心血管病危险因素发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组冠心病、脑卒中心血管病发生率明显低于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论：对糖耐量异常患者行系统的护理干预可以改善患者血糖、血脂等指标，大大减少了心血管危险因素，对于提升老年患者生活质量、保证患者生命安全应用价值极高，可以推广应用。

The Effect of Nursing Intervention on Cardiovascular Risk Factors of Elderly Patients with Abnormal Glucose Tolerance

Objective：To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on cardiovascular risk factors of elderly patients with abnormal glucose tolerance.Method：200 elderly patients with abnormal glucose tolerance in our hospital were selected as research subjects,and randomly divided into study group and the control group according to the digital ballot method,100 patients in each group.Study group were given systematic nursing intervention,the control group were given routine care. The improvement situation of blood pressure,blood sugar and lipid levels in two groups were compared,the cardiovascular risk＆amp;nbsp;events in two groups were compared,and the effect were analyzed.Result：Before nursing intervention,blood pressure,blood lipids and glucose in the two groups were no significant difference（P〉0.05）. After nursing intervention,the improvement of blood pressure,blood glucose and lipid levels in the study group were better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Cardiovascular disease risk factors in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）. Coronary heart disease,stroke incidence of cardiovascular disease in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Systems nursing intervention can improve blood glucose,blood lipids,greatly reduce cardiovascular risk factors,improve the quality of life for elderly patients with impaired glucose tolerance,it can be widely applied.
