小组负责制临床护理教学模式的探讨

摘    要:目的:探讨小组负责制的临床带教在护理教学中的应用效果。方法:对2012—2013年在外科实习的302名学生采用小组负责制的临床带教模式,并回顾性分析2011-2012年采用“一对一”跟班式护理教学模式的122名学生的护理教学情况,通过问卷调查方式,比较两组学生在教学管理、教学计划的落实、教学质量、教学满意度等方面的临床护理教学评价以及出科技能考核成绩的差异。结果:采用小组负责制的学生出科护理技能考核成绩明显优于传统“一对一”教学模式的学生,且小组负责制的学生对教学管理、教学计划的落实、教学质量、教学满意度等方面的评价均明显高于传统“一对一”教学模式的学生,差异均有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:在临床护理教学中采用小组负责制的临床护理带教模式,有利于提高学生的学习责任感、归属感,团队式的管理保证了护理教学质量,提高了学生的整体素质,值得推广应用。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing teaching model of group responsibility system in nursing teaching.Method: 302 students were given clinical nursing teaching model of group responsibility system in surgery department in 2012 to 2013.And the clinical data of 122 students who were given the traditional "one-to-one" nursing teaching model were analyzed retrospectively in 2011 to 2012.Through the questionnaire survey way, the differences in the teaching management, teaching plans, teaching quality, teaching satisfaction and other aspects of clinical nursing teaching evaluation and nursing skills assessment results of the two groups were compared.Result: The nursing skills assessment results of the group responsibility system model were significantly better than the traditional "one-to-one" teaching model, and the clinical nursing teaching evaluation in the teaching management, teaching plans, teaching quality, teaching satisfaction of the group responsibility system model were significantly higher than the traditional "one-to-one" teaching model, the differences were statistically significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: The clinical nursing teaching model of group responsibility system in nursing teaching can improve students' studying sense of responsibility and belonging, group management ensure the quality of nursing teaching and improve the students' overall quality, it is worthy of popularization and application.
