襄阳地区泌尿生殖道支原体培养及药敏分析

摘    要:目的:了解襄阳地区泌尿生殖道支原体感染情况及其对12种抗生素药敏的情况,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法:采用支原体培养、鉴定、药敏一体化试剂盒对986例患者标本进行支原体培养及药敏试验。结果:培养出支原体阳性标本490例,检出率为49.7%,其中解脲支原体(Uu)阳性451例,检出率为45.7%,人型支原体5例,检出率为0.5%,解脲支原体合并人型支原体阳性34例,检出率为3.4%;女性患者阳性检出率为46.6%(460/986),男性患者阳性检出率为3.0%(30/986);对12种抗菌药物的敏感率分别为交沙霉素91.0%、强力霉素91.0%、美满霉素91.6%、四环索70.5%、左氧沙星10.7%、环丙沙星2.0%、红霉素8.8%、氧氟沙星18.6%、罗红霉素33.4%、阿齐霉素24.1%、克拉霉素39.0%、司巴沙星27.6%。结论:襄阳地区支原体感染率较高,以女性为主,病原体以Uu感染为主,混合感染也不能忽视,并且对多种抗生素产生耐药性,临床医师应根据药敏实验结果合理使用抗菌药,以控制耐药率的进一步上升,提高疗效。

Mycoplasma Culture and Drug Susceptibility Analysis of Genitourinary Tract in Xiangyang District

Abstract:Objective: To understand the effect of Xiangyang genitourinary tract mycoplasma infection and its drug sensitivity to 12 antibiotics, in order to provide basis for clinical rational drug use. Method: The mycoplasma culture, identification, drug sensitivity kit of mycoplasma culture and drug sensitivity tests were used in 986 cases of specimens. Result: 490 cases of mycoplasma was positive samples, the positive rate was 49.6%, the ureaplasma urealyticum ( Uu ) was positive in 451 cases, the positive rate was 45.7%, 5 cases of mycoplasma hominis, the detection rate was 0.5%, ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis positive in 34 cases, the positive rate was 3.4%; female patients's positive late were 46.6% ( 460/986 ), the positive rate was 3% ( 30/986 ) in male patients. The sensitive rate of 12 kinds of antibiotics were josamycin 91.0%, doxycycline 91.0%, minocycline 91.6%, tetracycline 70.5%, levofloxacin 10.7%, ciprofloxacin 2.0%, erythromycin 8.8%, ofloxacin 18.6%, roxithromycin 33.4%, azithromycin 24.1%, clarithromycin 39.0%, sparfloxacin 27.6%. Conclusion: Xiangyang area myeoplasma infection rate is high, the infection rate is 49.7%, mainly in the female is much, pathogens in UU infection, mixed infection can not be ignored, and resistant to many antibiotics, clinicians should be based on the result of drug sensitivity test of the rational use of antimicrobial drugs to control system, a further rise in resistance rate, improve the curative effect.
