临床护理路径在脑出血患者护理中的应用

目的：应用临床护理路径模式对患有脑出血疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理，并观察效果。方法：将本院收治的94例患有脑出血疾病的患者随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组，每组47例。对照组采用常规脑出血疾病护理模式，观察组采用临床护理路径模式。结果：观察组患者脑出血疾病治疗效果明显优于对照组，神经功能评分水平复常时间和护理方案实施总时间明显短于对照组，出现不良反应的人数明显少于对照组，脑出血疾病治疗护理满意度明显高于对照组。结论：应用临床护理路径模式对患有脑出血疾病的患者在治疗期间实施护理的临床效果非常明显。

Application of Clinical Nursing Path in the Nursing of Cerebral Hemorrhage Patients

Objective：To analyze the clinical effects of application of clinical nursing path model for patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage during treatment. Method：94 patient suffering from cerebral hemorrhage treated in our hospital were randomly assigned into control group and observation group,with 47 cases in each group. During the treatment,we applied conventional cerebral hemorrhage disease care model for the control group,and clinical nursing path model for the observation group. Result：The treating effect to cerebral hemorrhage disease of the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group. The neurological score level normalization time and total time of nursing program implementation of the observation group was shorter than that of the control group. The number of patients who had adverse reactions of the observation group was fewer than that of the control group. And nursing satisfaction to cerebral hemorrhage treatment of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group. Conclusion：Applying clinical nursing path model for patients suffering from cerebral hemorrhage during treatment has a distinct clinical effect.
