原因不明复发性流产病因和治疗研究探析

目的：探讨分析原因不明复发性流产的病因，对目前临床治疗情况进行研究分析。方法：回顾性分析本院自2008年9月一2012年9月接收的196例原因不明复发性流产患者的治疗情况，对患者出现复发性流产的病因进行总结分析，从患者年龄、流产次数以及治疗次数等角度分析出现复发性流产的病因，通过统计学方法比较各因素的相关性，并总结有效的治疗方法。结果：对患者进行生殖免疫分析发现，出现原因不明复发性流产多与患者T淋巴细胞、巨噬细胞、白细胞抗原以及自然杀伤细胞功能异常有关；临床治疗主要有淋巴细胞主动免疫治疗；患者治疗成功174例，治疗有效率为88．8％；患者的治疗效果与患者年龄有关（P〈0．01）。结论：原因不明复发性流产的病因复杂多样，临床治疗比较有效的手段是采取主动免疫疗法，在治疗研究上应注意多种免疫调节的相关性的分析；深入病因的探讨，可以有效提高治疗的有效率。

Study on Pathogenesis and Treatment of Unexplained Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion

Objective： To explore the pathogenesis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion, and analyze the current clinical treatment. Method： 196 patients with unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion were enrolled in this retrospective analysis, all of which were admitted in our hospital from September 2008 to September 2012. The causes of recurrent spontaneous abortion were analyzed with regard to patient＇s age, abortion times and treatment times. The correlations of various factors were compared through statistical method, and effective treatment methods were summarized. Result： With reproductive immunoassay, pathogenesis of unexplained recurrent spontaneous abortion was found to be related with abnormal function of T lymphocytes, macrophages, leukocyte antigen and natural killer cells. And active immunotherapy was the primarily clinical approach.. In our hospital, 174 patients were successful cured, the effective rate of 88.8%. Moreover, treatment outcome and patients＇ age were significantly correlated （P〈0.01） .Conclusion： The pathogenesis of unexplained spontaneous abortion is complicated. Active immunotherapy is a rather effective method adopted in clinical, whose treatment outcome is remarkable. In clinical treatment, correlation analysis on various immunomodulations should be paid attention to deeply explore the pathogenesis, thus the effective treatment rate can be significantly improved.
