PDCA循环在医院感染管理中的运用

目的：探讨计划－实施－检查－处理（PDCA）循环管理方法在医院感染管理过程中的运用效果。方法：回顾性总结2010－2013年本院运用PDCA循环对医院感染的重点科室、重点环节实施规范化、科学化的管理经验。结果：2010-2013年，医院感染率由3.2%下降至2.1%，抗菌药物使用率由91.3%下降至59.1%，手卫生依从性由15.2%提升至42.7%，多重耐药菌的院内防控合格率由36.4%提升至86.8%，微生物标本送检率由10.9%提升至47.1%，环境卫生学监测合格率由88.9%提升至98.5%。结论：在医院感染预防与控制过程中，运用PDCA循环管理方法的成效显著。

Application of PDCA Circle in Nosocomial Infection Control

Objective：To explore the application of PDCA circle in hospital infection management process. Method：The standardized and scientific management experience were retrospectively analyzed from 2010 to 2013 of applying PDCA circle for monitoring hospital infection in key departments and key links . Result：The implementation of PDCA cycle from 2010 to 2013,the hospital infection rate declined from 3.2%to 2.1%,the usage of antimicrobial drugs declined from 91.3%to 59.1%,the hand hygiene compliance increased from 15.2%to 42.7%,the qualified rate of nosocomial prevention and control of multiple resistant bacteria increased from 36.4%to 86.8%,the submission rate of microbial sample increased from 10.9%to 47.1%,environmental monitoring qualification rate increased from 88.9%to 98.5%. Conclusion：The effect in the process of nosocomial infection prevention and control is obvious by following the management mode of PDCA circle.
