个性化干预模式对重复人工流产术后避孕效果的影响

目的：研究探讨建立一种针对避孕措施的指导和随访模式，提高人工流产术后女性的有效避孕率，为个性化干预改善重复人工流产者的避孕方式和避孕效果提供客观依据。方法：将符合人选标准的120例重复人工流产者按随机数字表法分为干预组（n=60）和对照组（n=60）。对干预组实施个性化避孕措施干预（包括健康教育、定期随访、专业服务等），对照组仅实施一次常规的避孕相关健康知识教育。比较两组患者干预前后18个月的避孕情况。结果：干预组干预后的避孕措施实施率较干预前显著提高（P〈0.05）；随访期间两组的避孕措施实施率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；研究期间干预组无一例出现非意愿妊娠，对照组有6例非意愿妊娠，两组干预后的非意愿妊娠发生率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：对于要求避孕者开展个性化干预模式的开展非常必要，可显著提高人工流产后的有效避孕率，降低非意愿妊娠的发生。

Influence of Individualized Intervention Mode on the Contraceptive Effect of Women after Repeated Artificial Abortion

Objective： To explore and establish a mode of follow-up and guidance for contraception, improve the effect of contraception for women after abortion, and provide objective basis, for the personalized way of intervention which improve contraceptive effect for women after repeated abortion. Method： 120 cases of repeat induced abortion were randomly divided into intervention group （ 60 cases ） and control group （ 60 cases ）, the intervention group was given personalized intervention for contraception （ included health education, regular follow-up, professional services, etc. ）, the cbntrol group was given only once conventional health education related to contraceptive knowledge, the result of two groups before and after the intervention during 18 months was compare. Result： The contraception rate was improved significantly in intervention group after the intervention （ P〈0.05 ）, two groups had significant difference in contraception rate during the follow-up period （ P〈0.05 ） ; unwanted pregnancy does not occur during the study period in intervention group, 6 cases of unwanted pregnancy occurred in the control group, the two groups had significant difference in the frequency of unwanted pregnancy after intervention （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Individualized intervention model is very important for those women who need contraception, it can significantly increase the effect of Contraception after artificial abortion, reduce the occurrence of unwanted pregnancy.
