探讨阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗儿童支原体肺炎的疗效

目的：对儿童支原体肺炎（MPP）采取阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗的效果进行分析和探讨。方法：选取2012年11月-2013年11月在本院治疗的150例MPP患者，按照随机数字表法将其分为两组，每组75例。观察组接受基础治疗，同时应用阿奇霉素联合喜炎平治疗；对照组接受基础治疗，仅应用阿奇霉素治疗。连续对两组患者治疗5 d，经过3 d停药后再继续治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果：两组接受治疗后，肺功能均有明显改善，且观察组较对照组改善幅度大（P〈0.05）；两组的咳嗽消失时间、啰音消失时间、退热时间和就诊时间比较差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.01）；两组TNF-α、IL-8、IL-6均有明显改善，且观察组较对照组改善幅度大（P〈0.01）。两组的不良反应情况比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结论：喜炎平可抑制、减轻支原体感染的炎性反应，改善肺功能和机体炎性的细胞因子，调节免疫能力较高。喜炎平的不良反应少，耐药作用不易出现，若和阿奇霉素配合使用，能够提高MPP的疗效，具有较高的安全性和治疗效果，值得临床推广。

The Curative Effect Discussion of Azithromycin Combined with Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Children with Mycoplasma Pneumonia

Objective：To analyze and discuss the curative effect of Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Method：150 MPP children treated in our hospital from November 2012 to November 2013 were selected,they were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,75 cases in each group.The two groups were given the basic treatment,the observation group was treated with Azithromycin combined with Xiyanping injection,and the control group was treated with Azithromycin.Two groups were treated continuously for 5 days,3 days after stopping treatment could be continued.The total efficacy of the patients of two groups was compared.Result：The patients of two groups after treatment,pulmonary function were significantly improved,pulmonary function improvement degree of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Cough disappeared time,rales disappearance time,cooling time and the time of treatment in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The serum indexes of TNF-α,IL-8,IL-6 in the two groups after treatment were significantly lower than before treatment,and the serum indexes after treatment of the observation group were significantly lower than the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.01）.The incidence of adverse reactions of two groups had no significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：Xiyanping can inhibit the inflammatory reaction,reduce the mycoplasma infection,improve the cell factor of lung function and inflammatory,the ability to regulate the immune is higher.Xiyanping has less side effects,drug resistance is not easy to appear,and if it combined with Azithromycin,can enhance the efficacy of MPP,has high security and cure efficiency,worthy of clinical promotion and popularization.
