| 摘 要： | 行政总值班是医院管理的重要组成部分，是医疗机构正常有序运行、医疗质量持续提高、医疗服务高效实现的有效保障。结合本院行政总值班工作实践，探讨行政总值班的工作内涵、职能特点和作用，提出持续改进意见，为完善、提高总值班管理质量提出理论依据。

| Abstract: | General-on-duty system is one of the important part of hospital management. This mechanism can guarantee effectively the normal operation of medical unit, continuously improving medical quality and effectiveness. Based practical work experience, through discussing the concept, characteristic and function of general-on-duty system. This paper put forward advice for continuous improvement and moreover, to provide theoretical foundations for the perfection of general-on-duty system. |
