肺癌中SOX2表达的临床意义及与预后的相关性

目的：探讨非小细胞肺癌中SOX2的表达及其临床意义。方法：应用免疫印迹和免疫组织化学方法，检测非小细胞肺癌中SOX2的表达情况，并分析其临床病理特征及与非小细胞肺癌发生发展的关系和预后相关性。结果：免疫印迹和免疫组化结果均显示SOX2在非小细胞肺癌中的表达含量远大于正常切缘肺组织。且随着TNM分期增加，SOX2表达含量也逐渐增加。且其SOX2的表达与患者淋巴结转移正相关，与患者生存期负相关。结论：SOX2可能是非小细胞肺癌多阶段演进过程中的重要变化分子之一，很有潜力作为非小细胞肺癌诊断和预后判断的生物标志。

The Clinical Significance and Prognostic Relevance of Expression of SOX2 in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective：To investigate the expression and its clinical significance of sexdetermining region Y gene 2（SOX2）in nonsmall cell lung cancer（NSCLC）.Method：The expression of SOX2 was detected by western blot and immunohistochemistry methods respectively in NSCLC.The clinical,pathological features and prognostic relevance in the development of relations with NSCLC were analyzed.Result：Western blot and immunohistochemistry results showed that SOX2 expression levels in NSCLC were higher than normal lung tissue.With the increasing of TNM staging,SOX2 expression levels had increased gradually.The SOX2 expression in patients were positive correlation with lymph node metastasis,and negatively correlated with patient survival.Conclusion：SOX2 may be an important molecule in the evolution of NSCLC and become a biomarker for diagnosis of the bladder cancer.
