钩蝉承气汤水煎剂保留灌肠治疗小儿复杂型热性惊厥的临床研究

目的：探索钩蝉承气汤水煎剂保留灌肠治疗小儿复杂型热性惊厥的临床疗效。方法：选取2012年1月-2013年12月在本院住院的90例复杂型热性惊厥患儿，按照随机数字表法将其分为研究组60例和对照组30例，两组均给予常规抗惊厥治疗，对照组给予口服地西泮治疗，研究组给予钩蝉承气汤水煎剂保留灌肠治疗，观察比较两组患儿的治疗效果、热性惊厥再发频率、热退后2周和4周的脑电图异常率、治疗前后症状体征平均积分及住院时间、费用的差异。结果：与对照组比较，研究组患儿的治疗总有效率明显高于对照组（P〈0.05），且热性惊厥再发率、热退后脑电图异常率、症状体征平均积分、平均住院费用和住院时间均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）。结论：钩蝉承气汤水煎剂保留灌肠治疗小儿复杂型热性惊厥能明显减少热性惊厥再发率，疗效显著，无明显不良反应，值得在临床上推广。

Clinical Research of Retention Enema with Gouchan Chengqi Decoction in the Treatment of Children with Complicated Febrile Convulsion

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of retention enema with Gouchan chengqi decoction in the treatment of children with complicated febrile convulsion.Method：90 children with complicated febrile convulsion were selected in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013,they were randomly divided into the study group for 60 cases and the control group for 30 cases.The two groups were given conventional anti convulsive therapy,the control group was given oral diazepam treatment,and the study group was given retention enema with Gouchan chengqi decoction. The treatment effect,febrile convulsion recurrent frequency,the abnormal rate of EEG heat back in 2 weeks and 4 weeks,the average score of symptoms and signs before and after treatment,hospital stays and hospitalization expenses between the two groups were observed and compared.Result：Compared with the control group,the total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. And the febrile convulsion recurrent frequency,the abnormal rate of EEG heat back,the average score of symptoms and signs,the average of hospital stays and hospitalization expenses of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Retention enema with Gouchan chengqi decoction in the treatment of children with complicated febrile convulsion can significantly reduce the incidence of febrile convulsion,has obvious curative effect and no significant adverse reactions,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
