摘 要: | 目的:探讨常用三种冲洗液对结膜囊细菌清除率的比较。方法:白内障手术的患者360例360只眼,按照随机数字表法分为四组,每组90例90只眼,A组(对照组)用生理盐水500 mL;试验组分别是:B组为0.08%的庆大霉素及生理盐水各250 mL、C组5%安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液稀释液(0.25%)及生理盐水各250 mL、D组为5%安尔碘Ⅲ型皮肤消毒液稀释液(0.125%)及生理盐水各250 mL,分别对四组患者在冲洗后细菌培养结果、结膜充血及患者的舒适度进行对比分析。结果:四组在冲洗前细菌阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。四组第一次冲洗后结膜囊细菌培养阳性率比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。四组第二次冲洗后(手术结束时)结膜囊细菌培养差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论:使用5%安尔碘Ⅲ型稀释40倍(0.125%)后冲洗结膜囊可以达到很好的清除结膜囊细菌的效果。

Abstract: | Objective:To investigate bacterial clearance rate of three irrigation solutions for conjunctival sac. Method:Three hundred and sixty cases of cataract surgery(360 eyes)were divided into the group A(the control group) with 500 mL saline,the group B with 0.08%gentamicin and normal saline each 250 mL,the group C with 5%anerdianⅢtype of skin disinfectant dilution(0.25%)and normal saline each 250 mL,the group D with 5%anerdian type Ⅲskin disinfectant dilution(0.125%)and normal saline each 250 mL. The results of bacterial culture conjunctival hyperemia and patient comfort comparative analysis of four groups were compared. Result:Before flushing and after the first flushing,the positive rate of bacterial culture of conjunctival sac of four groups had no significant difference(P〉0.05). After the second flushing,the positive rate of bacterial culture of four groups had significant difference(P〈0.01). Conclusion:Using a 5%dilution anerdian type Ⅲ40 times(0.125%)after washing the conjunctival sac can achieve good results to clear the conjunctival sac of bacteria. |
