延伸护理干预对骨折出院患者康复的影响

目的：探讨延伸护理干预对骨折出院患者康复的影响。方法：将2013年1-6月收治的120例骨折患者随机分为观察组及对照组各60例，对照组出院时实施常规出院指导，观察组在此基础上给予延伸护理干预6个月。比较两组患者相关知识知晓度、肢体功能康复状况、骨折愈合的程度、并发症及护理满意度等。结果：经延伸护理干预后，观察组患者及家属对疾病相关知识的认知情况、肢体功能康复状况、骨折愈合的程度及满意度均明显优于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论：对骨折出院患者实施系统的延伸护理干预，能够有效提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度，促进患者对康复指导的依从性，降低并发症发生，促进骨折康复，提高生活质量，减轻家庭和社会负担。

Influence of Extended Nursing Intervention on Rehabilitation of Fracture Discharged Patients

Objective： To evaluate the influence of extended nursing intervention on rehabilitation of fracture discharged patients. Method： A total of 120 fracture patients was selected from January 2013 to June 2013 and randomly divided into observation group and control group, each of 60 cases.The control group received routine discharge guidance, the observation group received both routine discharge guidance and extended nursing intervention for six months. Result ： The cognition of the disease knowledge in patients and the families of patients , the rehabilitation conditions of limb function, the degree of fracture healing and satisfaction in the observation group were better than those of the control group （P〈0.01） .Conclusion： The extended nursing intervention on rehabilitation of fracture discharged patients can effectively improve the health knowledge mastery for patients, promote patient compliance with rehabilitation guidance, reduce complications, promote fracture healing, improve the quality of life, reduce the burden of family and society.
