| 摘 要： | 连续2年对白浪湖区光荣、蟠龙2个行政村的靶人群化疗和群体化疗现场比较研究结果表明,靶人群化疗在化疗的依从性、防治效果和效益比较等方面均优于群体化疗。提出,湖区重度流行区血吸虫病的控制应重点化疗接触疫水人群,提高居民化疗的依从性和投资效果。

| Abstract: | The result of study on target and mass chemotherapy carried out in 2 administrative villages of Guanghui and Panglong in Bailang lake region for 2 years showed that target chemotherapy was superior to mass chemotherapy in compliance of chemotherapy, effect and benefit of control It should put emphasis of chemotherapy for people contacting with cercariae-infected water in order to control prevalence of schistosomiasis and raise residents compliance of chemotherapy and in- crease invest effect in lake region of high endeniosity of schistosomiasis. |
