益肤酰胺合成路线的研究

摘    要:我们曾以乙酰水杨酸为起始原料,经氯化、缩合、水解制得本品。由于该法合成路线较长,所用有机溶剂的种类较多,用量亦较大。因此,我们又研究了将水杨酸与对乙氧基苯胺直接缩合方法,用“均匀没计”法考察了它的主要影响因素,经多元回归分析,从建立的回归方程的各因素考察范围内优选出较佳工艺条件,收率达42.6%。

Abstract:Efuamide was manufactured, using acetylsalicylic acid as starting material th-rough chloridization, condensation and hydrolysis. Because the synthetic route waslong and too many solvents wine needed in amounts, we tried direct condensationof salicylic acide and p-phenetidine. After inspecting the main influencing factorsof the process with Uniform Design, we chose a better synthetic condition fromthe inspected range of the factors in the established regression equation by meansof pluralistic regression analysis, with a yield of 42.6%.
