| 摘 要： | 目的：比较万拉法新与帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法：将68例患者随机分为两组，分别给予万拉法新及帕罗西汀治疗，于治疗前及治疗后1，2，4，6周末分别用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、临床疗效总评量表（CGI－SI）及不良反应量表（TESS）评定。结果：第2周末两组间HAMD评分差异有显著性（P＜0．05）。两组总有效率及副作用差异无显著性（P＞0．05）。结论：万拉法新抗抑郁作用起效较快，疗效及副作用与帕罗西汀相当。

| Abstract: | Objective:To compare the efficacy and safety of venlafaxine capsules and paroxetine tablets in the treatment of depression. Methods:68 subjects with depression were randomly divided into two groups and treated with venlafaxine capsules or paroxetine tablets, respectively, for 6 weeks. HAMD, CGL-SI, and TESS were used to evalate the patients at the 1st, 2nd, 4th and 6th week post-treatment. Result:The therapeutic efficacy was significantly different between the two groups(P<0.05). Conclusions:Venlafaxine capsule was a quicker agent than paroxetine tablet in respect of its effect. Both venlafaxine capsules and paroxetine tablets were effective and safe for the treatment of patients with depression. |
