大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者70例

目的探讨大剂量盐酸氨溴索对高龄慢性阻塞性肺疾病（chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,COPD）急性加重期患者的疗效。方法选取2005年12月至2009年4月期间我院收治的年龄≥80岁的COPD急性加重期患者140例,随机分为大剂量盐酸氨溴索治疗组（简称大剂量组,70例）和使用常规剂量氨溴索治疗组（简称常规剂量组,70例）,比较2组的临床疗效、住院时间及住院费用。结果大剂量组与常规剂量组比较,显效率和有效率明显增高（P〈0.05）;平均住院日和平均住院费用明显减少（P〈0.01）。结论大剂量氨溴索治疗高龄COPD急性加重期疗效优于常规剂量。

Application of High Dose Ambroxol to 70 Elderly Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease in Acute Exacerbation

Objective To investigate the effect of high dose ambroxol applied to the elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD） in acute exacerbation.Methods From December 2005 to April 2009 in our hospital,140 cases with the age≥80 years old and with COPD in acute exacerbation,were randomly divided into high dose ambroxol treatment group （high dose group,70 cases）and the use of conventional doses of ambroxol group （conventional dose group,70 cases）.The differences of the clinical efficacy,length of stay and hospital costs,were compared between two groups.Results The efficiency and effectiveness were significantly increased in the high dose group than the conventional dose group（P0.05）.The average length of stay and average hospital charges decreased significantly in the high dose group than the conventional dose group（P0.01）.Conclusion Application of high dose ambroxol to the elderly patient with COPD in acute exacerbation is more effective than conventional dose.
