在急诊科内组织抢救成批伤患者的护理研究

目的 确保成批伤患者抢救质量,提高成批伤患者的存活率,减少伤残率和降低死亡率.方法 本文就近3年来处理的8批68例伤员抢救情况进行回顾分析.内容包括伤员的特点及伤情、救治时间、抢救效率、分流与转归等情况.具体做法是对伤患者进行检伤分类、估计伤情、迅速编号并标识、合理分工、快速分流、妥善安置,以先救命后救急为原则进行急救.结果 8批68例伤患者均能得到及时正确的救治.无1例出现漏诊、误诊、延误病情和纠纷;无1例发生差错事故.最后对患者病情的评价均达到预期目标.本组死亡患者2例,危重患者抢救成功率为97.06%.结论 医护人员的密切配合是抢救成功的关键;良好备用、应急状态下的急救科是保证抢救成功的前提;正确有效的救治方案是抢救成功的保证;保持良好的环境秩序有利于急救程序的延续;如何组织好成批伤员的急救与护理是急诊专业的又一个新课题.

Nursery researching of groups injured and patients were raved in emergency department

Objective To Insure quality of the injured, improve the existence rate of the injured, reduce the rate of disablement and slow down the death rate of the patients. Methods This article rememorizes and analyses the 68 cases, 8 groups of patients, who have been treated for 3 years recently. It contains the character of the injured, the time of aid, the efficency of firs aid, the problem of dividing and transferring the patients to another hospital. The concrete methods are following firstly, examine and sort out the patients, estimate the degree of injury, number and mark them puickly, assign the task to the doctors and nurses reasonably, distribute fast and arrange perfectly. Carrying out the first aid with the principle of saving life first, dealing with emergency later. Results The 8 groups, 68patients in all can be rescued timely and correctly. No one can be examined mistaden and delayed the illness. And due to this, cause the dispute between and delayed the illness. In addition, there is no medical accident in our emergency department. And the last estimate reach the expected aim. Two patients died in the group. The rate of success to save the paitents is 97. 06%. Conclusion The sey factor of succeeding in saving one's life is to coordinate harmoniously between the doctors and nurses. The hypothesis of guaranteeing a successful saving is having a emergency now and then. In addition, having a correct, effective examine and saving measurement is very important, because anexcellent saving order is beneficial to continuing the nxet stage of saying. So how to organize a first aid and nursery in groups of injured has become a new theme in the major of emergency examination.
