| 摘 要： | 目的 提高SCK阴茎异常勃起的诊治水平。方法 回顾分析17例SCK阴茎异常勃起的临床诊治资料。结果 17例均为SCK引起的低流量型阴茎异常勃起。有9例经阴茎海绵体穿刺减压及注射血管收缩药物缓解。有8例行AL-Ghorab术缓解。随访6例2个月后恢复性功能，3例6个月后恢复性功能。结论 早期正确使用药物治疗，大多数患者可免受手术并保存性功能。手术治疗引起性功能障碍的发生率较高。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of Sickle Cell Karyokinesis(SCK) styma.Methods The clinical data of 17 cases with SCK styma were analyzed retrospectively.Results All of the 17 cases were diagnosed as low flow styma caused by SCK.9 patients were improved by puncture of the cavernous body of penis and injection of vasoconstrictor.8 were remitted after AL-Ghorab operation.During follow-up,6 patients restored their sexual function after 2 months,and 3 recovered after 6 months.Conclusion The postoperative incidence of sexual disorder is high.Early and proper medication can help most patients sustain their sexual function. |
