| 摘 要： | 目的 :检测恶性肿瘤患者血浆纤维蛋白原 (FIB)含量 ,评价其在恶性肿瘤患者诊治中的临床意义。方法 :采用BE凝血仪对 16 6例晚期恶性肿瘤患者化疗前后的血浆进行FIB测定。结果 :晚期恶性肿瘤患者FIB水平(3.6 5± 1.11) g/L]显著高于早期恶性肿瘤患者FIB水平 (2 .98± 0 .81)g/L];化疗好转的晚期恶性肿瘤患者的FIB水平 (2 .5 9± 0 .6 5 ) g/L]较治疗前下降 ;而复发转移的晚期恶性肿瘤患者FIB水平 (3.97± 1.10 ) g/L]再次升高。结论 :FIB在诊断监测晚期恶性肿瘤化疗疗效及评估预后方面对临床有一定的指导意义。

| Abstract: | Purpose:To observe the clinical value of plas ma fibrinogen (FIB) content involved in 166 advanced cancer patients in the the d iagnosis and treatment. Methods:BE automated coagulation analyzer was used in monitorin g FIB in the patients. Results:The FIB content was significantly higher in patients w ith advanced malignant diseases than in early patients .Significant decrease was observed after treatment, then became elevated again when there was recurrence or metastasis. Conclusions:Assessment of FIB can help not only to diagnose pat ients with advanced malignant diseases, but also to evaluate the therapeutic eff ect and prognosis. |
