| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)浓度在急性冠脉综合征(ACS)诊治及判断冠状动脉粥样硬化斑块稳定性方面的价值.方法 住院行冠状动脉造影患者90例,分为ACS组、稳定性心绞痛(SAP)组及对照组.酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)测定血清MMP-9浓度.结果 ACS组血清MMP-9浓度高于SAP组及对照组,SAP组与对照组比较差异无统计学意义.ACS组血清MMP-9浓度治疗后较治疗前降低.结论 检测冠心病患者血清MMP-9浓度可能有助于ACS的诊断,预测粥样硬化斑块的稳定性及评估治疗效果.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the value about assaying serum MMP-9 in the diagnosis and treatment of ACS and in judging coronary atherosclerotic plaque stability. Methods 90 patients with coronary angiography were divided into ACS group,SAP group and control group.Serum concentrations of MMP-9 were assayed by ELISA.
