| 摘 要： | 目的探讨动力髋螺钉（DHS）治疗股骨转子下骨折的远期疗效。方法将41例治疗后获得6年以上随访的股骨转子下骨折患者资料进行回顾性分析。随访采用问卷及双侧髋关节正位X线片及下肢长度测量的方法。结果41例随访时间6.5～14.5年。根据Sanders评分标准：优30例（73%）,良4例（10%）,可5例（12%,其中ⅡC型2例,ⅢA型1例,ⅢB型2例）,差2例（5%,其中ⅡC型1例,ⅢB型1例）。结论除ⅡC型和Ⅲ型骨折外,动力髋螺钉治疗股骨转子下骨折的远期疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the long-term effect of subtrochanteric fractures treated by dynamic hip screws （DHS）. Methods A retrospective analysis was pet＇formed on 41 cases of subtrochanterie fractures treated by DHS with over 6-year follow-up. The follow-up employed the questionnaire and X-ray and measure of legs. Results 41 cases were followed up for 6. 5 - 14. 5 months. According to Sanders evaluation： 30 were excellent cases（ 73% ）, 4 good （10%）,5 （2 ⅡC,1 ⅢA, and2 roB） fair （12%）, and2 （1ⅡCand 1 ⅢB） poor （5%）. Conclusions The long-term curative effect subtrochantefic fractures treated by DHS is satisfactory except Ⅱ C-type and Ⅲ-type fracture. |
